  • Starting and overseeing discipleship and church planting movements around the world; mainly in Africa, China, and Michigan
  • Overseeing and helping to develop the training materials for BigLife
  • Helping with administrative work and projects for BigLife
  • Doing administration work and strategic planning
  • Pray for Beth and the kids when Nathan travels for 2-3 weeks at a time
